Bahan - bahan
- 2-3 keping dada ayam tanpa tulang dipotong kiub
- 4 sb serbuk kari
- 4 sb serbuk cili
- 2 biji bawang besar dipotong dadu
- 8 biji bawang putih dipotong dadu
- Beberapa keping tortilla wrap
- Keju Mozzarella
- Minyak
- Garam
- Gula
- Stok ayam
Cara - cara
- Panaskan sedikit minyak di dalam kuali.
- Gaulkan ayam, bawang besar, bawang putih, serbuk kari dan serbuk cili bersama.
- Goreng perapan ayam tersebut.
- Masukkan sedikit stok ayam, garam dan gula secukup rasa.
- Setelah masak, ketepikan inti.
- Panaskan griller.
- Ambil satu tortilla dan sapukan minyak di atas permukaannya.
- Kemudian terbalikkan tortilla dan letakkan sedikit keju Mozzarella di ikuti inti ayam dan letakkan keju di atasnya bagi ia berfungsi sebagai gam untuk melekatkan tortilla.
- Lipat tortilla dan grill sekejap.
- Setelah masak, angkat dan potong.
- Sedia dihidang, boleh di makan bersama sos kesukaan atau dimakan terus panas panas!

Ingredients
- 2-3 pieces of boneless chicken cut into bite size
- 4tbsp curry powder
- 4tbsp chilli powder
- 2 onions cut into dice
- 8 garlic cut into dice
- Few pieces of tortilla wrap
- Chicken stock
- Salt
- Sugar
- Oil
- Mozzarella Cheese
Preparation
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add the oil and let it get nice and hot.
- Sprinkle the spices over the pieces of chicken, toss everything together to make sure each piece of chicken is coated in the spices.
- Add the chicken to the hot skillet and let it cook for about 7 to 8 minutes or until fully cooked through.
- Remove the chicken and place it onto a plate.
- When you're ready to make the quesadillas, preheat a grill pan over medium high heat (or a large skillet) brush one side of the tortilla with some olive oil and place it oiled side down onto a plate.
- Sprinkle some cheese on one half of the tortilla, and then top that with some of the cooked chicken and a bit more cheese.
- Fold it in half and place it on the grill pan, let it cook for about 3 minutes on each side or until the cheese is melted on both sides and it's got nice golden brown ridges.
- Continue with the remaining tortillas and dig in right away!
